Here examples of superstition along with devotion are also seen. It is believed that people say that in the Balaji temple one gets rid of the upper winds, evil spirits, ghosts and spirits.
Dausa (Rajasthan): One of the lakhs of famous temples of Hanumanji, Mehndipur Balaji is located in Dausa district of Rajasthan. Built between two hills, this temple has great importance among the people. Along with devotion, examples of faith are also seen here. It is believed that in the Balaji temple one gets rid of the upper winds, evil spirits, ghosts and spirits.
The narrow streets here are immersed in the devotion of Hanuman ji. There is also a Ram temple with Hanuman ji's temple, where there are beautiful statues of Lord Shri Ram and Bhagwati Sita, which look quite attractive. There is a big statue of Hanuman ji with this temple, although the construction work of this temple is still going on, but this huge statue of Hanuman ji seems to attract the devotees.
Mehdipur Balaji Dham is counted among the 10 major Siddhapeeths of Lord Hanuman. It is believed that Hanumanji resides in an awakened state at this place. Among the devotees, Mehndipur Balaji is considered to be a powerful temple inspired by divine power to ward off evil spirits.
Jitendra, who sells prasad at a shop called Bhog Bhandar Balaji near the temple, says, "Many such people come here who are possessed by ghosts. They return to Dharamsala after the temple is closed at 10 pm.”
Is this true or a hoax? On this Jitendra says, "I don't know, is ghost really a hindrance or people just do this."
On the other hand Suresh, another local shopkeeper says, "It is absolutely true that the spirits of ghosts are coming in the people and people come here and get completely cured. The effect starts showing here in 4-5 days. I guarantee that by coming here. Every kind of ghost, the wrath of the upper air gets cured.
Regarding offerings in the temple, he says, "Only prasad is offered here and no money is felt."
Regarding taking the Prasad home, he says, "There is a fear of going with the shadow of ghosts and spirits on taking the Prasad home from here, so the Prasad which is offered from here should not be taken."
However, experts completely deny this. Well-known psychiatrist Dr. Samir Parikh says, “There are different types of cases, everyone is looked at differently.
People understand about this that there is some other reason behind this. Most of the cases are caused by mental illnesses."
He says, "It's because of chemical embarrassment that is not under our control. It's one part, the other part is we—the background you are from, the culture you are from, the social networks around you. Those people." If there is a strong faith inside you, then the tendency to have that same faith in you increases.
He said, "If you grew up in a place where most people believe in ghosts, upper air, then it is more in them and when people around you think about that, then you also think in the same way. Takes on."
Dr. Parikh said, "Faith has its own importance, but with faith one should also use facts, so that if someone faces any problem, then it can be solved."
These things become even more active during the playing of aarti, drums and drums in the Balaji temple. What is the reason for this? To this question, he said, "I don't think anything like this happens. I believe that social norms depend on it. The things that sit in our mind, we get the impression that all that is happening in front of us." "
He said, "Actually, faith is a strong aspect in itself. Faith has its own importance, but every case has its other side. In some cases, even medical treatment can get rid of it."
Devotees have different views on this subject. Some people consider the reason for such a belief to be mental illness, while some say that all these sixteen annas are true.

Balaji's
Notion of Appearance
Here three gods predominate - Shri Balaji Maharaj, Shri Pretraj Sarkar and Shri Kotwal (Bhairava). These three gods appeared here about 1000 years ago. Since their appearance, thirteen mahants have performed service-worship at this place and now Mahant Nareshpuri ji of this place is also present at this time, which is the name of Shri Kishorepuri Ji Maharaj (former servant Brahmalin dated 09/08/2021). The latter is sitting on this throne from 21/08/2021.
Now from 21/08/2021, Mahant Shri Nareshpuri Ji Maharaj is handling the service of worship here. Mahant of Mehandipur Balaji Maharaj has changed after 55 years. The era of upliftment here started from the time of Shri Ganeshpuri Ji Maharaj and now it is increasing day by day. The construction of the main temple took place during these times. All Dharamshalas were built during this time. In this way, his service period will be called the golden age of the history of Shri Balaji Ghata Mehdipur.
In the beginning it was a very rugged forest. In the dense bushes, wild animals like cheetahs, tigers etc. are lying.
In fact, this idol has not been made by any artist separately, but it is a part of the mountain itself and this entire mountain itself is like its 'Kanak Bhudharkar' cavity. At the feet of this idol was a small pond, whose water never passed. The secret is that a fine stream flows continuously from under the chest on the left side of the Maharaja, which does not stop even if enough chola is climbed.
Thus the three gods were established. In Vikrami-Samvat 1979, Shri Maharaj changed his chola. Filling the unloaded Chola in the vehicles, many devotees left to flow it in Shri Ganga. When Mandavar reached the railway station with the chola, the railway officials mistook the chola as a luggage and wanted to weigh the chola to collect the baggage fee, But they were unable to weigh. In the course of weighing the bag, the weight sometimes increased by one mind and sometimes decreased by one mind; Ultimately the railway officer gave up and the chola was dedicated with respect to Ganga ji. At that time Havan, Brahmin food and religious texts were passed and a new light was born in the new chola, which spread light in every nook and corner of India.
